Connection with boundaries.

Useful coordination does not require everyone to see everything. My Village Works is being designed around appropriate access, clear authority, and traceable action.

Trust is part of the operating model.

These are design principles for the planned platform, not a claim of regulatory certification or a substitute for legal and compliance counsel.

Minimum-necessary sharing

Participants should receive the information needed for their responsibility without inheriting unrelated client, transaction, or organization records.

Role and purpose

Access is intended to consider the person's role, organization, engagement, purpose, consent, jurisdiction, credentials, and current trust status.

Source authority

My Village Works should identify which system is authoritative, preserve provenance, and distinguish verified facts from intelligent suggestions.

Human approval

Consequential, high-risk, financial, legal, compliance-sensitive, or irreversible actions should require appropriate human review.

Accountable change

Sources, decisions, approvals, changes, automated actions, and human overrides should remain traceable.

Portable identity

A professional should be able to change roles or affiliations without losing appropriate personal history, while organization-controlled information remains protected.
